For those of you having the same problem

Instructions
  1. Step1

Eat smaller meals and supplement them with snacks throughout the day, instead of the traditional three main meals.

  2. Step2

Trade in greasy foods for healthy fare such as veggies instead of chips or French fries and turkey burger patties instead of beef. You can also change up your cooking strategies to reduce fat, for example, by char-broiling burgers so the fat drips off or baking French fries instead of deep frying them.

  3. Step3

Keep a food journal or take note of your habits in some other way. If acidic foods hurt you, stay away from citrus fruits; if carbonated sodas cause you problems, switch to water or lemonade.

  4. Step4

Eat slowly. Rushing through meals increases the amount of air you swallow and causes your body to work faster than it wants to. Take some time to enjoy your food and relax after your meal before getting up to run around.
